Our Company collects the following data:
Crash Analticis
Product use Metadata
A generated unique device id
Your name that you provide to the app
Any images that you upload to the app
Your location that you provide to the app
Your group connections when you join a shared ski group
Your group details when you create a shared ski group
Your purchase history of our products
How do we collect your data?
We will directly collect name and group connections data from you. If enabled on your machine, under the terms of your App store Licence, your device will collect telemetrics for the purpose of crash analitics and product improvement analics on our behalf.
Apple devices share this data with us under the Apple developer agreement.
Android devices share this data with us under the Android developer agreement.
How will we use your data?
Provide functionality of the app

Target builds and updates tailored to hardware you've shared with us.
You will share your Name, Location, Location History, and Profile Picture to all members of any ski group you join. Our services will collect and relay this data to facilitate this.
We do not sure your data with any other 3rd parties except in the exceptional circumstance of a court order or a law enforcement request.
How do we store your data?
We will store your name, location and connection data securly on our servers. Regular backups will be made, encrypted, and stored off site.

How do I secure my ski group data?
Piste provides the ability to protect a ski group from unauthorised access with a password, before joining a group, ensure the group creator has done this and used a strong password.
Marketing
We may occasionaly offer marketing in the form of upgrade discounts, we do this by checking you alread hold a licence with one of our products.
